What happens when you contact me?

Call me, text or email  to discuss the problem and I'll tell you how I can help.  This discussion can last 30 minutes and won't cost you anything. You may even learn enough to not need to make an appointment. Sometimes another angle on the issue makes all the difference. 

I like to do these ‘discovery calls’ using whatsapp video so we can see each other. I feel this is more personal. After all, if I’m to help you or your child, you want to check I seem a warm caring person, I think.

Sometimes both parents will book a call and I find that helpful so hear different experiences of the issue.
