How to really understand what your children are saying
Some simple ways to respond differently.
As you know, I train others to do the work I do with kids and that’s the way to share all my experience and knowledge in the UK but also in other parts of the world.
NLP stands for neuro linguistic programming. Neuro is all the stuff going on in our head - how we think about what’s just happened - what someone said or did, what we’ve made it mean about us. Linguistic is the words we use to express our response and of course the body language and facial expressions - kids are pretty amazing at these aren’t they?! Programming is what happens as a result and the patterns we create in our lives. Some of these are great but of course I see those for whom the pattern isn’t working. I see children and teens who feel rubbish about themselves, stressed and anxious and wanting to have a different result.
