Excuse the frozen closed eye look below! I’m not either vain enough or techie enough to change it!

In this video I’m talking about anxiety and getting you to think about it and talk about it with your anxious child or teen in a way that might make a difference by giving you and them some clarity and a deeper historic understanding regarding where it may have come from in your life.

We change a great deal as we move through our childhood, teens, twenties and so on and sometimes we bring our limiting beliefs with us. Anxiety is what happens when they are triggered so we often have no cognitive understanding of ‘why’ because we can’t remember that memory from the past which embedded the belief that has been triggered. One of the reasons for this is that the original event caused us to go into ‘freeze’ burying the memory to keep us safe but putting around it, a belief to prevent this happening again.
