CBT for anxiety
Many of you will know that I mainly use EFT Tapping for anxiety and stress (for myself as well!) but I thought I’d share with you an article I was asked to write for a mental health website, on the CBT approach. I use aspects of CBT with children although as you know, my approach is to find where they imprinted the limiting belief so we can change it whereas CBT tends to work from the present without going into the past. Nevertheless, I like the thought record diary and I’m using it for a teen with an eating disorder at the moment although we are also working on a childhood of experiencing conditional love.
