This tapping point is between the little finger of the left hand and the ring finger, in the slight groove on the back of the hand as shown in the diagram. It is really effective at breaking the energy of the emotion and allowing it to flow away from the body. By tapping here, you are telling your body that it’s safe to relax. If you or your child finds it difficult to remember the sequence of tapping points, then this is a good ‘catch-all’.

Let me suggest a number of situations when you might use this tapping point.
